Research Manager - Self-Serve Platform£40,000 - £45,000 | London | Market Research TechnologyIf you like the idea of combining hands-on research with product innovation, this role offers the chance to lead on a fast-growing self-serve research platform while working on a wide variety of projects.This scale-up research and technology company works with clients across political, social, and commercial sectors, delivering high-quality insights at speed. You’ll be part of a collaborative team of researchers, engineers, and commercial specialists, with the autonomy to own client relationships and shape how the self-serve offer evolves.The roleYou’ll take responsibility for delivering quantitative research projects from start to finish using the company’s proprietary platform. A big part of your work will be advising clients who use the self-serve product, ensuring their surveys are well-designed, their launches run smoothly, and their results are robust and actionable.You’ll manage client calls, troubleshoot issues with the engineering team, feed back to product on improvements, and help grow accounts by identifying opportunities.
