As Lead Analytics Consultant, you will work at the intersection of data strategy, AI opportunity, and delivery execution — helping clients define their goals, creating the roadmap to achieve them, and ensuring solutions deliver lasting value.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end data and AI strategy engagements from scoping to adoption.Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to set priorities, metrics, and success criteria.Translate business needs into actionable technical and analytical solutions.Identify opportunities to maximise value from data initiatives.Oversee delivery teams to maintain high standards and ensure client objectives are met.Mentor and develop junior consultants, building both technical and consulting capability.Contribute to account growth through exceptional delivery and trusted relationships.About YouProven track record in leading data strategy and analytics projects, ideally with AI/ML exposure.Strong commercial and consulting skills, able to engage with both technical and business leaders.Broad technical knowledge across data platforms, pipelines, governance, and analytics.Ability to combine hands-on delivery with strategic advisory.Collaborative, energetic, and motivated, with a drive for continuous improvement.Flexible to travel to client sites (primarily London, with occasional regional travel).What’s on OfferOpportunity to shape the direction of a growing UK consultancy.Variety of high-impact projects across multiple industries.Supportive, collaborative culture focused on innovation and quality.Competitive package with bonus and benefits.If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for data and AI — and the drive to deliver measurable impact — we’d love to hear from you.
