Employee Relations SpecialistSelby areaC£45,000 per annum plus packageWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Relations Specialist for a multi-site retail business based in the Selby area.Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, the ER Specialist will play a key role in supporting managers across a wide range of employee relations matters. Including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management. You will also provide coaching and mentoring to line managers, enabling them to handle casework confidently, professionally, and within agreed policies and timescales.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert advice on ER casework, ensuring consistency and compliance with internal policies and employment lawPartner with line managers to build capability and confidence in handling people mattersSupport or lead investigations, hearings, and appeals as requiredTrack and report on ER trends, supporting the wider HR team in proactively managing people riskContribute to the continuous improvement of ER policies, processes, and trainingSupport the development of ER Advisors within the team by giving them exposure to more complex casesSkills & Experience:Strong ER background within manufacturing, retail, or another fast-paced environmentProven experience working closely with line managers to resolve complex ER casesSolid understanding of UK employment law and best practiceA confident communicator who remains calm under pressure and is solutions-focusedComfortable working on-site in the Selby area 4 days per week (with 1 day flexible)A full driving licence is likely required to access the locationThis is a permanent role based in the Selby area, offering c£45,000 per annum plus package.If you are interested in this role, please apply now or send your CV to
