Building SurveyorJob Type: Full-Time | PermanentLocation: LondonAbout the role:A consultancy is seeking a hard-working and capable Building Surveyor to join their team. This is an exciting role for someone to come in and join an excellent team.Key responsibilities:Undertake detailed building surveys, inspections, and condition assessmentsIdentify building defects and propose cost-effective repair and maintenance solutionsPrepare and present professional technical reports, including schedules of condition, dilapidations, and building pathology assessmentsDeliver advice on design, construction, repair, and refurbishment projectsMonitor works on-site to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and health 'safety regulationsEnsure compliance with statutory, sustainability, and building regulations requirementsProvide party wall advice and prepare necessary noticesProvide maintenance reports on planned preventative worksMaintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer serviceKeep up to date with changes in legislation, industry standards, and best practiceRequirements:At least 2 years of experience working as a Building SurveyorProven experience in building surveying within residential and/or commercial sectorsDriving license and access to your own vehicleThe ability to work in a team or individuallyQualified Building Surveyor to RICSTo apply or find out more, contact Sam at Salter Grange or send your CV to sam@
