JSW Executive Recruitment is seeking exceptional Operations Director-level candidates for a leading UK staycation company. This pivotal role provides the opportunity to lead and transform operations across parks in either the South of England and Wales or the North of England, Wales, and Scotland. As a senior leader, you will hold full end-to-end accountability for the performance, culture, and commercial success of the operation. This high-impact position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking and day-to-day operational management. The ideal candidate will possess a business ownership mindset, taking full responsibility for the park’s P&L performance, driving sustainable revenue growth, and optimising cost control to achieve both top- and bottom-line targets. In this role, you will provide end-to-end operational leadership, covering all departments, including food and beverage, accommodation, activities, maintenance, and security, with an unwavering focus on quality, safety, and operational excellence. Additionally, the candidate will be a strategic contributor, influencing the broader strategy at a local level by translating national objectives into actionable plans that elevate park performance and enhance guest experiences. We are looking for a culture shaper and talent builder who can foster a values-led, high-performing team environment that inspires belief, inclusion, and accountability. You will serve as a brand ambassador and community connector, representing the company in the local community and building relationships that enhance the park’s reputation while supporting recruitment and unlocking beneficial partnerships. Success in this role will be defined by thriving, profitable parks with clear visibility over P&L and revenue streams, an inspired and capable team committed to excellence, and outstanding guest outcomes reflected in high NPS and return visit rates.
