Senior Architectural Technologist – DurhamUp to £50,000 | Hybrid + Flexible Start TimesJoin an established practice with a seriously strong project pipeline spanning heritage, healthcare, residential, and education. You’ll be working closely with the building surveying and interior design teams, taking projects from concept to completion.What you’ll be doing:Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with building regulationsProducing detailed technical drawings & documentationWorking across listed buildings and new builds in multiple sectorsLiaising with clients, contractors & local authoritiesConducting site meetings and resolving on-site issuesWhat you’ll need:MCIAT membership (preferred)Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Architectural TechnologistProficiency in Revit & AutoCADStrong project management skills & ability to work independentlyOn-site project management experienceWhat you’ll get:
