We work collaboratively with our clients to identify and mitigate risks, deliver efficiencies, and achieve consents that help build projects which positively impact people’s lives and communities.Purpose of the roleTo provide technical support both internally and to our clients, with the aim of developing towards a leadership role within the Land Referencing Directorate.What you’ll be doingAttend client meetings as Ardent’s representative and provide updates.Support Project Managers in the delivery of projects, taking ownership of project elements.Lead sections of the project team to deliver assigned tasks.Ensure compliance with processes and procedures in line with our Quality Management System.Develop knowledge of enabling acts and support colleagues in their learning.Apply critical thinking to propose solutions to project challenges.Mentor junior team members, listening to and evaluating their input.Produce accurate and consistent project deliverables such as Books of Reference, plans, and maps.Draft professional documents and reports for internal and external stakeholders.Skills & ExperienceStrong relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.Ability to allocate tasks, delegate responsibly, and communicate methodology.Experience of working within agreed budgets and scopes.Good technical knowledge of the Land Referencing process.Strong organisational and communication skills.Our Values (Behaviors we look for)Thirst for Knowledge – Embrace opportunities to learn and grow.Own It – Be accountable, take pride, and add value.Be the Difference – Take initiative, stand out, and make things happen.Enjoy the Journey – Be engaged, collaborative, and proud to be Ardent.Adapt – Drive change and innovate in an evolving world.What we offerWith people at the core of our business, Ardent offers unrivalled career opportunities in a fast-growing organisation.
