With a global presence and a commitment to being a forward-looking, responsible partner to all stakeholders, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic, multi-jurisdictional environment.The RoleReporting to the Reward & Reporting Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective data analytics across the HR function. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives on working with data, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys providing actionable insights that shape business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver monthly and quarterly People Data analysis and presentation packs.Apply statistical techniques to interpret and analyse HR data.Provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy within HR systems, identifying and resolving issues.Create reports and dashboards using Excel and HR data tools.Perform monthly payroll input data checks.Support Reward & Reporting Director on year-end processes and HRIS improvements.Skills & ExperienceStrong analytical skills with experience producing accurate management information.Proficiency with data analytics/MI reporting tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, data modelling).Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Experience working with HR systems (Workday desirable).Knowledge of HR processes and practices is an advantage.
