Based in the City, the team is small, dynamic, and passionate about delivering key events and initiatives that enhance the lives of both workers and residents — from cultural experiences to sporting events.They are now recruiting for a 13-month maternity cover, with an ideal start on a temporary basis, moving to a fixed-term contract with the organisation.The Role:This is a pivotal role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office and wider team, including direct support to the CEO. Your responsibilities will be varied and impactful, including:Diary management and travel arrangements for the CEOMinuting meetings, including Board and Steering Committee sessionsCoordinating and supporting events alongside the Events Manager — from logistics to community engagementLiaising with suppliers and a broad range of internal and external stakeholdersPreparing and distributing meeting actions and follow-up documentationAbout You:We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant, confident in a fast-paced environment with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
