Earning potential £42k+ including bonus scheme and benefitsThe RoleAt Brentwood Beauty, we are looking for a Clinic Manager to oversee the smooth running of our busy clinic while leading our front-of-house operations.This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment while keeping operations running at a high standard.What you’ll be doing:Acting as the first point of contact for clients: welcoming guests, managing check-ins, and ensuring a 5-star front-of-house experience.Managing clinic schedules, diary bookings and staff rotas.Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the clinic runs efficiently.Supporting the Director with business administration, KPIs and reporting.Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, professionalism and compliance.Handling client enquiries (phone, email, in person) with warmth and professionalism.Coordinating suppliers, stock management and stock ordering.Leading and supporting the team to deliver exceptional service.What we’re looking for:Experience in a management, reception, or senior front-of-house role (ideally within aesthetics or healthcare).Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.A confident communicator with a professional, welcoming manner.Tech savvy – comfortable with booking systems, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.Strong leadership qualities – able to motivate a team and manage responsibilities effectively.Proactive, solution-driven and able to remain calm under pressure.Why join Brentwood Beauty?Competitive pay, commission scheme + staff treatment perksOngoing career development opportunitiesSupportive, professional team environment
