This is a full-time role based in our Liverpool Street - London office at St Mary Axe, 3 days a week (with 2 day working remotely). You''ll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5.30pm. The salary ranges between 30,000 - 40,000, depending on experience.Your responsibilities will include:Lead HR shared services processes including onboarding, offboarding, absence management, family leave and performance appraisals.Act as the escalation point for complex HR cases and queries, offering expert advice and solutions.Support the wider HR team with complex processes such as restructures, TUPE, collective consultations, benefits administration, audits, DSARs etc.Oversee family leave policies and processes across the company, including maternity, adoption, paternity, shared parental leave, neonatal leave, IVF process etc.Provide advice on performance management, including probation reviews, appraisals, and career development plans.Support the HRBP team and HR Shared Services Manager in employee relations matters such as disciplinaries, grievances, and conflict resolution.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Monitor trends in service requests and proactively address recurring issues through process or policy changes.Ensure service levels and KPIs are achieved, with a focus on quality, timeliness, and customer serviceBuild team capability through coaching and training, ensuring knowledge retention and resilience within the function.Qualifications and Experience:CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards)3+ years experience in HR Shared Services / HR OperationsDemonstrated ability to drive process improvements and deliver service transformationStrong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practicesStakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the GroupAbility to work independently and handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalismStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProficiency in HR systems and Microsoft OfficeAt Lomond, we believe in taking care of our people.We offer a range of amazing perks and benefits through our engagement platform, LOMONDlife, including:Discounts at over 900 retailers through our smart spending app.Access to our wellbeing centre, providing resources to help you stay active, eat healthier, and improve mental wellbeing.Free counselling support sessions through our Employee Assistance Programme.An annual leave purchase scheme, allowing you to buy up to 5 extra days of holiday.Access to the latest gadgets and appliances through our Smart Tech Scheme.Our Cycle2Work Scheme to help reduce your carbon footprint.Enhanced Family Friendly Leave for maternity, paternity, adoption, and IVF.Competitive salary, plus performance-based bonuses.Special celebrations for length of service.Generous pension contributions for your retirement.Professional development support, including funding for professional qualifications to help you grow your career.And of course, we like to have fun!
