This role involves supporting two individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, and mental health needs. You will provide high-quality support in all aspects of their daily lives, while promoting their independence and encouraging participation in community activities of the choice.The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, committed, and able to demonstrate empathy, care, and compassion. You should be able to work well under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
