M1/M2 Qualified Traffic Management Operative - ExeterOur client requires Traffic Management Operatives in the Exeter area to carry out tasks such as setting up temporary traffic lights, manning road closures and using a stop/go board and other Traffic Management roles.Successful candidates for the role of TM Operative should have:-Ability to work as part of a teamAbility to carry out work to a high standardGood communication skillsApplicants must have:Lantra M1/2 and ideally an M5 (not essential)CSCS card (Preferred)Good timekeeping skillsWillingness and flexibility to undertake some shifts out of normal working hoursWillingness to carry out other tasks upon requestDriving License (Preferred)Hours of work:Monday Friday , days or nights.Rate of Pay:12.50 per hourOvertime at 150% after 40 hours Monday Friday, nights and SaturdaysStandby payments for being on call Monday Thursday or Friday - SundayThese will be PAYE positions so you will benefit from:Accrued Holiday Pay from day onePension contributions (after a qualifying period)Weekly PayOvertime at overtime ratesNo umbrella payments or feesOnly Tax and National Insurance deductions and this will be shown on your payslip.This will start as a temporary role, but will become permanent after 3 months.
