You will do this through conducting progressive in-person visits with your learner to complete pre-planned observations using a holistic approach. You will also support with other in-person interventions as required, such as mock Situational Judgement Tests, pre-planned Professional Discussions, invigilation of Functional Skills exams and gaining any other supporting evidence that would support learner progression, as and when required.You will have a clear set of KPIs and will manage your own diary to ensure you achieve these.Key Responsibilities:Engage with learners and employers to plan practical assessments as and when required in line with the apprenticeship standards.Provide clear feedback on knowledge, skills and behaviours as defined in the apprenticeship standards.Adhere to Ofsted requirements and best practice for teaching, learning and assessmentVisit an average of 3 learner per day face-to-face, in personProactively manage learners observation in line with the curriculum approach to ensure they complete within funded programme end datesCarrying out observations of learner practice in the workplaceSupporting learners to achieve their maths and English functional skillsSupporting learners to successfully pass End Point AssessmentAdhere to external Awarding Organisation standards and internal quality processes at all timesEnsure submission and assessment of learner evidence in a timely manner to show learner progressionComplete and submit associated administration accurately and within expected timescalesProactively commit to your own continuing professional development to drive continual improvementShare best practice to improve team performanceFoster a collaborative approach across operational, quality and support teamsPromote and safeguard learner health and wellbeingRecognise, record and report any safeguarding concerns relating to learners, adults at risk or children.Skills & experience required:A passion for education, standards and qualityExcellent time management, planning and organising skills especially in relation to effective travel to maximise timeAbility to work under pressure and to strict deadlines and targetsAssertiveness and objection handling skillsProfessional and approachable mannerEffective communication skills ability to communicate at all levelsIT LiterateCompetent in Literacy and NumeracyRelevant D32 / D33, A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent qualificationIdeally you will possess a Health and Social Care Qualification to a level that reflects your occupational competencyMinimum of 2 years experience working in Health and Social CareBenefits of working with t2 groupMileage and overnight stay costs will be coveredLaptop and mobile phone provided25 days annual leave + bank holidays (increasing with length of service)Christmas & New Year shutdown periodPension schemeSpecsavers scheme#NUS Discount Card eligibility500 employee referral bonus schemeEnhanced sick pay & maternity reward vouchersEmployee well-being and assistance programmeRequirements for the roleMinimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in the adult or elderly Health & Social Care sector, including expertise in Dementia and Learning Disabilities, at a Senior Carer level or aboveHealth & Social Care qualification at Level 3 or Level 5Previous experience in work-based learning or education settings, with an Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, A1, or equivalent)Ideally hold a Level 3 or higher teaching qualification (desirable but not essential)Strong English and maths skills, preferably GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent)Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments, meeting targets and deadlines effectivelyHighly organised and self-motivated, with excellent time management, planning, and organisational skillsExceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with learners, employers, and key stakeholdersProficient in IT, with the ability to navigate internal systems and confidently use Microsoft Office applicationsAdditional RequirementsMust have own transport, broadband connection, and business-use car insurance (all business mileage and expenses are covered by the company)Employment is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check & referencest2 group is committed to providing a safe environment for all learners and employees.
