Test Technician - High Voltage Power SuppliesLocation: PulbroughWe're working with a leading manufacturer of high-voltage power supplies, looking for a hands-on Test Technician to support production by testing and troubleshooting products in a lean manufacturing environment. This is a key role on the manufacturing floor, ensuring products meet customer specifications and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:Test high-voltage power supplies using automated test fixtures.Perform basic mechanical assembly, component installation, and hands-on production support.Complete test reports and ensure compliance with quality and customer standards.Upgrade, modify, and rework assemblies and finished products.Read and implement engineering documentation and design changes.Raise non-conformances and collaborate to resolve quality and performance issues.Liaise with Engineering, Sales, and Test Equipment teams to support product quality.Support ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) systems and initiatives.Skills & Experience:Strong experience testing electronic products to procedure, including high-voltage systems.Proficient in using oscilloscopes, function generators, digital power supplies, and multimeters.Soldering/rework experience to IPC standards.Background in lean manufacturing is advantageous.ACS are recruiting for a Test Technician.
