Job title: Ecommerce ManagerLocation: Lincoln- Hybrid 3 days office based per weekSalary: Up to 50kForward Role are very pleased to be exclusively partnering with a well-established design and distribution business, who are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join their team. Within this role, you will be responsible for the development, performance and continuous development of the e-commerce site, driving growth through increased visibility, enhanced customer experience and conversion optimisation. You will be supporting both B2B and B2C audiences, however experience within a B2B market is preferred.Responsibilities of the role include: Manage product catalogue set-up including pricing, descriptions, and product attributesIdentify and implement site enhancements to improve UX, speed, navigation and userabilityTake the lead of the trading of the site including merchandising of products, campaign planning and product discoverabilityDeliver on-site promotions, new product launches, and seasonal activityTrack and report on key site metrics including traffic, AOV, conversion rates and bounce rates To be considered for this role, you must have: 3+ years experience within a similar role, ideally within a B2B settingStrong working knowledge of Adobe Commerce (Magento)Proven track record of growing e-commerce revenue and improving conversion ratesStrong communication skills both verbally and written As an industry leading, nationwide Marketing, Digital, Analytics, IT and Design recruitment agency, we are continually receiving new assignments to work on, so keep a close eye on our website, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter pages for a full list of current permanent and interim opportunities as well as marketplace news and fun stuff.
