Previous conveyancing experience is essentialMust be capable of handling: SalesPurchasesRemortgagesIdeally, also transfers of equityAbility to manage a full caseload independently, from start to finishMust be comfortable working autonomously, though support is availableThorough understanding of property law and conveyancing proceduresStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsEffective communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to delivering outstanding client service What will your role look like?
