Property Solicitor / Conveyancer Salary - 35,000 to 50,000 per annum (depending on experience) Shifts - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Were currently assisting with a respected law firm to recruit an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX (Conveyancing Accredited) with at least 3 years PQE in commercial and residential property. Youll handle a broad and interesting caseload across acquisitions, leases, disposals, and landlord & tenant matters, with the support of a collaborative and forward-thinking team. ResponsibilitiesManaging a full range of commercial and residential property transactionsAdvising on leases, landlord & tenant disputes, and due diligenceDrafting property-related documents and ensuring legal complianceBuilding strong client relationships and maintaining a proactive service approachExperienceMust have 3 years PQE in commercial and residential property lawSolid experience across leases, sales/purchases, and L&T disputesFamiliar with Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and the Land Registry PortalStrong communication, negotiation, and time management skillsAble to work independently and as part of a team If this sounds like the right fit for you, please apply online a member of our team will be in touch with more details.
