I am pleased tobe working with a successful Engineering, Manufacturing business looking to recruit a Buyer to join their team.The Buyer will bereporting to the Procurement Manager and the role will include the following responsibilities:Develop robust relationships with suppliers.To provide Procurement support to site.Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure stock and material availability.Maintain and update the ERP system.Work closely with Goods-In and suppliers to highlight and resolve non-conformances.The ideal candidate will have experience within a Buyer / Procurement role, ideally you will have experience of indirect purchasing. It would be advantageous to have experience with ERP systems within a manufacturing business.
