They design, supply, and install a wide range of flue systems for commercial clients across the UK, serving appliances such as boilers, water heaters, bakery ovens, and commercial fireplaces. With a strong reputation for quality and customer satisfaction, they're excited to offer secure, long-term positions in their expanding team.They are expanding due to increasing demand from their valued customers, and they're looking for motivated individuals to join their installation team for long-term career growth.As a key member of their dynamic and motivated installation team, you'll be responsible for installing flue systems at sites across the UK. With a large order book and high demand for their services, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and grow with a fast-moving company. The role will involve independent site visits, where you'll interact with clients directly, so confidence, strong communication skills, and self-motivation are essential. Background in plumbing, heating, ventilation, mechanical engineering, or maintenanceTechnically competent with strong customer service skillsMechanical knowledge, manual skills, and the ability to work on construction sitesEnthusiastic, proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated.Confident in communicating directly with clients and solving problems on-siteFull UK driving license (own vehicle to commute to Cannock office)Willingness to work at heights, flexible with early starts, and reliableCSCS, PASMA, IPAF, and Health & Safety certificates (preferred, but full training provided)Enhanced DBS required (can be obtained) What will your role look like? Installing flue systems for commercial clients nationwideIndependent site visits with direct client interactionSupporting Commercial Flue Installation Engineers and working on individual tasksMinimal overnight stays per year (travel and accommodation covered)Working in a hardworking but rewarding role within a supportive teamUndertake on-the-job and site-based training to develop the skills required for the role What can you expect in return?
