PlumberAre you an experienced Plumber with a strong understanding of mechanical building services installations? With an extensive client base, we are still proud to provide the flexibility, and excellence in customer service and support of an independent business, whilst having the expertise and capabilities to manage and work within major contracts.We invest significantly into training and developing both new and experienced talent.The RoleWorking at RAF Valley, Anglesey, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of services by delivering planned and reactive maintenance to an agreed programme, budget, and quality within the companys operational targets.Your duties will include:Carrying out plumbing, heating and minor ventilation worksCarrying out material take offs from drawingConducting fault diagnosis of heating systemsCompleting reactive maintenance work on siteOur RequirementsIn date CSCS card, NVQ L2 & L3 in heating and ventilation OR L2 & L3 in plumbing.Plumbing and pipework skills, copper, steel including pipe threading and mechanical pressing where required.Understanding of heating and hot waterExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSuperb attention to detail, with drive to succeed and work well in a fast-paced environmentA full UK driving licenceAlthough not essential, domestic gas, IPAF, PASMA, Unvented & Vented (G3), and Water Regs qualifications would be advantageous.The PackageSalary up to 42,500 depending on experienceWorking Monday-Friday 8am 4:30pm33 Days holiday inclusive of bank holidays plus your birthday off!Opportunities for additional overtime paid at time and a half / double timePermanent contractCompany van and fuel card provided for business useSalary Sacrifice Car SchemeCompany pension scheme with employer contributionEmployee wellbeing support for you and immediate family membersAll applications for this role are to be submitted online, and strictly no agency calls or agency CV submissions.JBRP1_UKTJ
