Working Foreman Carpentry Background About the Role Fawkes & Reece are looking for a Working Foreman with a strong carpentry background to join a refurbishment and fit-out contractor on a temp-to-perm basis. The client is well know within the refurb and fit out space in the midlands the Projects are across public and education sectors. Responsibilities Hands-on carpentry work (1st & 2nd fix) Supervising site labour and subcontractors Ensuring work is completed to spec and programme Maintaining site standards and H&S compliance Liaising with the Site/Project Manager as needed Requirements Solid experience in both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry Previous experience in a foreman or supervisory role CSCS card SSSTS or SMSTS preferred Good understanding of refurbishment and fit-out environments Company Info The company specialises in refurbishment and refit projects within the public and education sectors, delivering high-quality finishes on pulic facing buildings including but not limited to, schools, universities, museums, hospitals and police stations.
