As industry leaders in our sector there is no better place to thrive during your recruitment journey.Linsco are an independently owned recruitment agency with over 45 years' experience specialising in the construction industry - our office in Altrincham has sales desks readily available for Recruiters that are ready to take on their next challengeAs a Recruitment Consultant, you will:Manage the end-to-end recruitment processBuild and nurture relationships with both clients and candidatesDevelop innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidatesCollaborate with a talented team of Consultant's to achieve shared goalsStay updated on what is happening in the industry in order to win continued new businessWe are looking for:Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (does not need to be industry specific)Natural leaders with high standardsConfident and natural communicatorsThe determination to be successfulWhat we offer:Competitive salaries - for experienced candidates our salaries are negotiable depending on your experience & what you can bring to our business. However, as a guide you can look to receive a salary ranging from 26,000 to 28,000 at a Consultant level plus commissionOur commission structure is uncapped and paid out from Day 1 - no waiting whilst in probationFast tracked opportunities - a recent restructure is bringing a number of opportunities to the businessWe offer a sociable and supportive working environmentIncredible incentives and trips each yearWe cover your Christmas break annual leave!
