We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Supervisor/Foreman to join our team someone with hands-on expertise and a natural ability to lead by example on the shop floor.On offer is an interesting & varied role where you will be overseeing a small team plus working on a variety of projects.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and support daily operations within the workshopSupervision of the factory facility & improving performance Liaising with the office staff to ensure all components are ready on timeReporting any issues to managementUphold a safe, clean and compliant working environmentVisual inspection of parts to ensure quality standards are metThe Person:Strong leadership and supervisory skillsExcellent communication and team collaboration abilitiesStrong attention to detail & accuracy with ability to work under pressureAbility to develop and manage teams within a fast-paced workshop environmentMust come from an engineering background & be able to understand engineering drawingsAble maintain a safe working environment for other employeesWorking Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am to 4.30pm, Friday 8am to 1.30pmCompany pension scheme upon qualificationAttendance & Production bonus after successful completion of trial period20 days holiday per year (January-DecemberJBRP1_UKTJ
