Maintenance Engineer Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire 53,000 3 on 3 off Nights (6pm 6am) This company is part of a global organisation who manufacture food products into major retailers such as Subway, McDonalds, Tesco and many more major companies within the industry. As a business we have annual turnover well in excess of 15m and have reinvested this into our state of the art facility in Burton. Over the last 5 years we have invested over 60m into our plant and boast an incredibly low staff turnover rate within our maintenance team as a result. We are looking to fill this vacancy as a result of expansion as we transition into a different shift pattern, as the successful engineer youll be part of a small team of 3 dedicated night shift engineers with plan to expand further in the near future.Roles and Responsibilities Planned and reactive maintenance across a wide variety of plant machinery including multivacs, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors, relays, inverters, drives, fillers, slicers and much more Near enough anything that you can expect to find within a food manufacturing facility!Involvement in continuous improvements and projects across the site.Adhering to health and safety regulations across site whilst ensuring OEE is maximised.The Successful Engineer Multi Skilled with either a mechanical or electrical bias are encouraged to apply Close to 50:50 as possible is idealMinimum of 5 years experience as a multi skilled maintenance engineer within an industrial environmentFood experience is beneficial but not a deal breaker, he have engineers from all backgrounds in our teamIdeally qualified to a minimum of L3 within a maintenance discipline (NVQ/City and Guilds, HNC/D) Get in touch with Matt Morson from Stirling Warrington regarding this maintenance opportunity.
