Recruit4staff are representing a leading building services business in their search for a Facilities Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias to work in CardiffJob Details: Pay: Starting Salary of 40,000 per annum, which will rise to 42,000 after a successful probation period (Shift allowance of 2500)Hours of Work: Working hours, 7am-7pm | 7pm-7am 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 12 hour shiftsDuration: PermanentBenefits: 22 days holiday, Pension, Company phone, Training & development opportunities Job Role: Undertake the maintenance and repair of electrical services, including fabric tasks of buildings as required under contract. Completing planned and reactive maintenance in commercial buildings. Completing the appropriate paperwork and reports. Working on singe phase and 3-phase systems, HVAC and plant room equipment. Completing service, maintenance, fault-finding, and breakdown.
