The ideal client will have experience as a Residential Conveyancer. Joining at a really exciting time you will be:THE ROLEManaging a large and varied case loads including purchases, freeholds, and leaseholds. Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and developers to ensure a smooth line of communicationProvide Legal Advice on case progression and client managementWorking with local clients and referralsMaintain up to date information on CRM systems Managing a mix caseload of mortgages and freeholds.
