We have an excellent opportunity to join the teamas a Floor Layer.Location: NottinghamHours: 37 hours per weekStart Date: ASAPAbout the Role:This role will support the maintenance of housing assets, ensuring statutory and regulatory standards are met. You will be contributing to the provision of good-quality rented housing, supporting tenant satisfaction, and upholding health and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Carry out installation, repair, and maintenance of floor and wall finishes, including wet-room wall boarding.Ensure compliance with safety standards and tenancy agreement obligations.Assist in delivering high levels of tenant satisfaction and improving landlordtenant relationships.Undertake investigations and tests to diagnose faults and implement effective solutions.Use multi-trade skills where appropriate to achieve first-time fixes.Maintain accurate job records and support efficient housing services.What we're looking for:Experienced in all aspects of floor and wall finishes, including wet-room wall boarding.Skilled in repairs, maintenance, new builds, or contract environments, with experience in job assessments and record keeping.Competent in using relevant power tools and equipment safely.Capable of investigating and resolving issues with lasting solutions.Flexible, organised, and able to work to deadlines.Holds a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle (business insurance required).JBRP1_UKTJ
