This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to develop into a senior leadership position within the firm. You will work closely with directors, providing expert valuations, advice, and support to a diverse client base.Surveyor Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake commercial and residential property valuations in accordance with RICS Red Book standards.Provide professional advice to clients on property values, acquisitions, and disposals.Work across a mixed portfolio, including investment properties, development opportunities, and residential schemes.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.Collaborate with directors on strategic projects and business growth opportunities.Contribute to the ongoing success of the valuation team and wider business.What Were Looking ForMRICS-qualified Surveyor with proven experience in commercial and residential property valuations.Strong understanding of valuation methodology, RICS standards, and market trends.Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a commercial mindset.Ability to manage a varied portfolio with accuracy and efficiency.Entrepreneurial spirit with ambition to grow within the firm and progress to partnership.Whats On OfferSalary: Up to 70,000 per annum (dependent on experience).Partnership potential for the right individual.4 days office-based, 1 day remote Barking or Dorking office.Opportunity to work within a well-respected, boutique consultancy with a strong client base.Ongoing professional development and support for career growth.JBRP1_UKTJ
