Due to expansion they are ideally looking for a Qualified Private Client Solicitor up to 3 yrs pqe or will consider a Private Client Legal Executive or an experienced Private Client Paralegal with relevant experience to join their friendly Wills and Probate team. (They will consider the Private Client role to be either a full or part- time position).The successful candidate will work alongside their in-house Solicitor (and be guided where necessary), together with an established team of Administrators to develop and enhance your skills.You will be a confident, proactive and structured individual who will be prepared to assist with various matters, to include, but not limited to, the following: - Taking of instructions and preparation of Wills, Codicils, Deeds of Variation, Affidavits Taking of instructions and preparation of Powers of Attorney to include registration Administration of taxable and non-taxable estates, including the preparation of IHT400 forms and relevant schedules Basic understanding of trusts and their tax treatmentThis is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor looking to progress their career within a growing company that is service driven.Occasional client visits - own car essential.Skills & Requirements: A NQ-3 YR PQE Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive or an experienced Paralegal with knowledge of Wills, Codicils, LPAs Deeds, Affidavits, Trusts & Probate Administration.Should you be looking for a role that fits around the work/life balance or you may be looking to enhance your legal career with future long-term prospects in this practice area, then look no further.
