The Role As a Cross-Class Claims Handler, youll manage claims across various insurance classesmotor, property, liability, and moreensuring swift resolution and clear communication. Youll be the key link between clients, insurers, and service providers, guiding claims from first notification through to settlement. Key Responsibilities Handle claims across multiple lines including motor, property, liability, and commercial Provide expert support and guidance to clients throughout the claims process Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, solicitors, and third-party providers Monitor claims progress and proactively manage updates and outcomes Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance Identify trends and escalate complex or high-value claims when appropriate What Youll Bring Proven experience in multi-line claims handling within insurance broking or underwriting Strong technical knowledge across motor, property, and liability claims Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and care Familiarity with FCA regulations and claims management systems Why Join Us?
