As a key leader within the Estates team, you/'ll be responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, sustainable, and inspiring learning environments for students, staff and stakeholders. This is a pivotal role combining leadership, project management, regulatory compliance, and sustainability initiatives, supporting the Group/'s mission of "Making Learning Work." Key responsibilitiesLeading and motivating Estates and Campus Services teams across multiple sites Managing planned and preventative maintenance programmes Overseeing statutory health & safety compliance Delivering capital projects and managing contractors Developing and implementing sustainability and environmental strategies Managing budgets, asset registers and fleet operations Skills & ExperienceWe/'re looking for a candidate with a strong background in estates or facilities management, ideally within education or a similar complex environment. You must demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and project management skills, and be qualified in a relevant discipline (e.g. Facilities Management, Building Surveying) with professional body membership (e.g. RICS, CIOB). In addition, you must have a solid understanding of compliance, sustainability, and health & safety frameworks.
