OverviewJoin the RAC as a SuperFlex Roadside Mechanic. Flexibility deserves recognition – and we deliver. As a Superflex Patrol Roadside Mechanic, you’ll provide the adaptability our service relies on. What you’ll doYou’ll be a problem solver, a people person, and a proud ambassador for the RAC. You’ll adapt to dynamic roadside environments, diagnose faults, and support members when they need it most. You’ll manage your own kit, keep your van stocked, and handle reports with precision. ResponsibilitiesProvide roadside assistance across shifts that fall between 06:00 and 02:00, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Operate with your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit provided from day one. Respond to calls, determine appropriate fixes, and communicate effectively with RAC members to keep them moving. Work with flexible scheduling and be prepared for short-notice travel or overnight stays if necessary.
