Residential Conveyancer – Residential Property Jobs in Devon Location:Honiton, Seaton or Sidmouth – Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities A respected law firm in Devon is seeking an experiencedResidential Conveyancerto join its busy property team. This role is open toSolicitors ,Chartered Legal Executives ,Licensed Conveyancersand experiencedUnqualified Fee Earnerswho have managed their own conveyancing caseload. About the Role: You will be responsible for running a varied caseload ofresidential property transactions , including: Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties Buy-to-let and residential investment transactions Re-mortgages and equity release New build property sales and purchases Matrimonial property transfers Probate-related property sales Help to Buy and Shared Ownership transactions Joint ownership and transfer of equity You will be expected to deliver excellent client care, meet deadlines and maintain strong working relationships with clients, agents and other Solicitors.
