Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience as a Civil Engineer Proven track record delivering civil engineering solutions across all RIBA stages Strong knowledge of Eurocodes and UK Building Regulations Experience or familiarity with airfield infrastructure projects Actively working toward Chartered status (or equivalent professional accreditation) Duties: Lead civil design across all project phases for various procurement routes Oversee budgeting and cost control throughout project lifecycles Identify and manage project risks and potential improvements Mentor and support the development of less experienced team members This position offers professional challenges, personal growth, and clear progression routes.
