We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor / Production Team Leader to join a well-established manufacturing business. This is a key leadership role, responsible for coaching and developing production teams of up to circa 15 heads, driving operational performance, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance. The Production Supervisor position is working Monday to Thursday from 8am to 6pm, it offers training and career development with a market-leading manufacturer close to the Dewsbury area.
