Estimator The Role: Preparation of detailed and accurate cost estimates for high-end residential projects ranging from 200k to 5m Projects located across the South of England Reviewing drawings, specifications, and related documents to prepare tenders and budgets Subcontractor and supplier pricing analysis and negotiation Preparation of BOQs and pricing documents Liaising with clients, architects, and consultants during pre-construction phases Supporting the handover of projects to the delivery team with clear pricing and scope documentation Working closely with the Directors and Project Managers to ensure accurate cost planning and forecasting Estimator Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience as an Estimator within the construction industry Proven track record working on high-end residential projects Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and current market rates Proficient in ESTI-MATE, estimating software and Microsoft Excel Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Estimator Salary & Benefits: 65,000 80,000 (depending on experience) Car allowance 25 days holiday Pension scheme Private healthcare TPBN1_UKTJ
