Job Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Night Shift Hygiene Operative to join team at a busy food production site in Sutton Bridge. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of hygiene across the facility. Key Responsibilities: Carry out thorough cleaning of machinery, equipment, and production areas Follow hygiene and health 'safety procedures at all times Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively Complete tasks in line with cleaning schedules and company standards Work collaboratively with the hygiene team to ensure targets are met Requirements: Previous experience in a hygiene or industrial cleaning role (essential) Ability to work night shifts reliably and consistently Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks A strong work ethic and attention to detail What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay (13.04/hour) Monday to Friday night shift (no weekends) Full training and ongoing support Long-term opportunities within the business TPBN1_UKTJ
