Robertson Recruitment are seeking an experienced bench joinerwith a passion for precision craftsmanship and a strong focus on door fabricationto join a growing workshop team. As a key part of the production team, you'll be working on a range of high-quality doors from traditional solid wood designs to contemporary custom builds for both residential and commercial projects. This is a temp to perm opportunity. Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:30- 3:30pm. Overtime available Key Responsibilities Manufacture bespoke and standard doors to exact specifications Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently Ensure all products meet our quality standards before dispatch Work collaboratively with workshop colleagues and the project team Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment Requirements Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, ideally with a focus on doors Strong knowledge of wood species and joinery techniques Ability to work from detailed technical drawings Competence with a variety of woodworking machinery and tools High attention to detail and commitment to quality What We Offer A supportive, team-oriented work environment Modern, well-equipped workshop Opportunity to work on high-end, bespoke projects Ongoing training and development Competitive salary with potential for overtime If you are interested in this role please contact Dan on 07464 733898 TPBN1_UKTJ
