What Youll Be Doing Handle a complex caseload of employment claims Take initial instructions and provide clear, accurate legal advice Progress claims promptly and in line with legal expenses insurance policies Supervise other employment lawyers, offering support and guidance throughout the litigation process Act for clients across the full range of employment disputes , from initial assessment to enforcement Maintain accurate records and time logs Identify and manage risks in line with DLG Legal Services policies and the SRA Code of Conduct Lead your own learning and development , and contribute to team improvement initiatives Act as a Subject Matter Expert , supporting strategic development and best practice What Were Looking For Minimum 3 years experience handling employment claims Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal Strong knowledge of employment law and Employment Tribunal procedures Experience with Legal Expenses Insurance-funded claims is desirable but not essentialJob Type: Fixed term contractContract length: 12 monthsPay: Up to 55,000.00 per yearBenefits: Company pension Employee discount Work from homeWork Location: Hybrid remote in London WC2A 1AA
