Consultant - Digital Transformation (Education & Public Sector) Location: Bristol (2-3 days per week in the office, otherwise remote) Contract: Permanent, Full-time Salary: 40,000-55,000 + bonus + benefits ------------------------------ The Opportunity A consultancy working with universities and education providers is seeking a Consultant to help deliver transformation projects. You will work directly with clients to design, implement, and optimise systems and processes that drive better outcomes for students and institutions. What You'll Do - Deliver project workstreams, from requirements gathering to implementation. - Collaborate with stakeholders across academic and professional services. - Support change management, business case development, and process redesign. - Build sector knowledge and credibility in education technology and data. - Contribute to thought leadership and client engagement. What We're Looking For - 2-5 years' experience in consulting, digital transformation, or education roles. - Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Knowledge of sector systems (e.g. student records, data platforms) desirable. - Drive to take ownership and develop into senior roles.
