Some of my favourite things are going to Costa or Greggs for a cake and hot chocolate, swimming, horse riding, gaming, and playing outside. I also love spending time with my big family and friendsespecially when theres music and dancing involved.I live with my mum, dad, and older brother, and they are really important to me. I also have a big circle of family and friends nearby who I love seeing often.I have some physical and learning difficulties, and I sometimes experience epilepsy absences when Im tired. That means I need a bit of extra help to do the things I love and to stay safe and happy.What Im Looking ForI would like a Support Worker who can help me after school, at weekends and in the school holidays. Youll support me with all aspects of my personal care, daily routines, and making sure I can enjoy all my favourite activitiesboth at home and out in the community. Youll also help me learn new things and become more independent, which is very important to me.Youll need to be confident using your own initiative, but dont worryyoull have loads of support from my parents and my Case Manager.
