We are flexible on the location of this role.This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about education and learning to share their subject matter expertise and create a meaningful impact to thousands of learners.The JobReporting to the Digital Education Delivery Lead, your key responsibilities will involve the following:Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the successful delivery and continuous improvement of a suite of eLearning coursesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure eLearning solutions are delivered in alignment with industry best practicesProvide timely and accurate responses to content-related queries, course corrections, and technical support requests from learnersLead the annual syllabus updates process, scoping, storyboarding, reviewing and quality assurance of course buildsLead efforts with the new course design and implementation under the future ACCA qualificationWork closely with the content and publication team, as well as the professional qualification team, to ensure course content alignment with syllabus learning outcomesSupport the Digital Education Delivery lead as required on other ad hoc tasks.The PersonWe''re looking for someone who:Has a professional accountancy qualification, specifically understands the ACCA qualification and examsFamiliarity with designing and delivering eLearning coursesAn awareness of best practices in learning designA real passion for education and learningA friendly, confident and engaging personality, able to communicate effectively and professionally and build strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholdersExpertise in leading syllabus updates for course contentAdaptable, able to learn quickly and use own initiativeStrong desire to meet customer need and deliver the highest level of customer serviceTechnical video production and editing capabilities (preferable).We strive to create an environment where you can prioritise your wellbeing and offer a competitive benefits package to help you do this.
