DCT Recruitment is proud to partner with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Manchester City Centre, as they look to welcome a driven and ambitious Newly Qualified Solicitor to their growing litigation department. This is a unique opportunity to join at an exciting time of expansion, working closely with the Legal Director to build a specialist commercial litigation team in Manchester. You will: Work alongside the Legal Director to develop and expand the Manchester litigation team Handle a variety of high-value commercial disputes and contractual matters Assist in drafting pleadings, witness statements, correspondence, and legal opinions Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries Liaise with clients, counsel, and opposing parties Be supported by a team that values mentoring, development, and collaboration This is not just a fee-earner role it's a chance to play a foundational part in building a new teamshaping internal processes, and contributing to the future of the firms litigation offering in Manchester.
