Face to face final interview dates: London 10th September 2025 Manchester/surrounds 16th September 2025 Who were looking for: We know breaking into a new industry can be tough, so our Academy is designed to develop the next generation of Food Safety professionals no years of auditing experience required. All you need is: Level 2 Food Safety qualification (or equivalent) essential A genuine passion for food safety and hospitality Willingness to travel and work with different clients Full driving licence (depending on location) Whether youre: A graduate in Environmental Health looking to put theory into practice Working in hospitality and ready for more regular hours An H&S professional wanting to specialise in food safety this could be your perfect next step. No unpaid experience here youll be trained and paid at the same time. This role starts at 30,000 with a clear glide path to 35,000 and then beyond as your competency and confidence grow. Not necessarily if you have a Level 2 Food Safety qualification (or equivalent ) , we can teach you the rest through our Academy programme. Where are the roles based? We have opportunities in London and Manchester. Youll need to be able to travel to client sites, so a driving licence is required for most locations. How long until I become a Consultant? Everyones pace is different, but most Academy members are ready for their first solo audits within 69 months. What kind of clients will I work with? Mainly hospitality businesses from restaurants and pubs to hotels and leisure venues so no two days are the same. Do I have to love hospitality to do this job? It helps! Our clients are passionate about what they do, so being genuinely interested in food, service, and great customer experiences will make your work a lot more fun. Will I ever be bored? Not a chance.
