We are seeking a Senior Solution Designer based in Redditch, with remote working available (can be based anywhere in the UK). Key Tasks: Participate in solution-finding processes at local/European levels Assess technical feasibility (Go/No Go decisions or solution changes) Analyze complex customer business data and processes Work with customers and internal teams to develop intralogistics concepts and solutions for medium to complex projects Create material flow diagrams, evaluate technology options, and dimension subsystems Prepare solution layouts using 3D tools / CAD Estimate budgets based on standard tools for medium complexity projects Evaluate alternatives, ROI, and business cases Prepare solution design documentation, offers, and contracts in collaboration with Sales Project Managers Lead technical discussions with customers regarding solutions Your Background: Design and technical experience in intralogistics/material handling (minimum 3-5 years) Data analysis skills and ability to communicate results effectively Proficiency in developing technical solutions and preparing 2D/3D drawings Revit knowledge is a plus but not required Our promise to you: Swisslog offers opportunities for those committed to driving the future of intralogistics through robotic and data-driven automation solutions that deliver exceptional customer value.
