LOCATION: Casa do Frango London BridgeSALARY: £55 - 60kWe’re looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant General Manager to help lead and inspire our team, run seamless and energetic services, and create memorable moments for our guests. We want our leadership to be hands-on, approachable, and full of personality – while always maintaining high standards across every shift. You’ll play a key role in shaping our guest experience, coaching the team, and making sure every service feels warm, smooth, and full of positive energy.This role comes with scope to grow. We’re now looking for an Assistant General Manager to join the team at our flagship location in London Bridge – someone who shares our passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.Casa do Frango London Bridge welcomes over 3,000-4,000 guests each week across a 250-cover site. Just two minutes from Borough Market, the original Casa spans two floors in a converted 19th-century industrial warehouse.After being named Disruptor Brand of the Year at the 2023 Peach 20/20 Hero & Icon Awards and winning Emerging Concept at the MCA Hospitality Awards, it’s an exciting time to join us as we continue to grow in 2025.About MJMK RestaurantsMJMK operates a collection of award-winning restaurants.
