They are actively growing and seeking a motivated Plant Coordinator to support their operations and join their dedicated team.The RoleAs a Plant Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient management, allocation, and maintenance of the company’s plant and equipment. Working closely with the plant team, you’ll coordinate resources across various projects, helping to maintain the high standards of productivity and quality the company is known for.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule plant and equipment for projects across the regionEnsure regular maintenance and inspections are carried out on all plant itemsManage plant records, tracking availability, utilisation, and complianceLiaise with site teams to identify plant requirements and provide timely solutionsSupport the Plant Manager in overseeing plant yard operations and fleet logisticsWork with suppliers and contractors for equipment rental and maintenance as neededCandidate RequirementsPrevious experience in plant coordination or a similar role within the civil engineering or construction industryStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyKnowledge of plant and machinery, including compliance and maintenance standardsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a teamProficiency in relevant software for tracking and scheduling equipment is desirableWhat’s On OfferCompetitive salary between £30,000 - £45,000, plus an attractive packageOpportunity to join a growing, quality-focused civil engineering contractorWork within a supportive, experienced team with room for career developmentBe part of a dynamic business that values its people and invests in its equipment and facilities
