We take pride in delivering the highest standards of care in a warm, welcoming environment.We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. Whether you have worked in a care setting before or not, what matters most is your love for great food, your ability to manage a team, and your dedication to creating meals that truly make a difference.As Head Chef, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents enjoy tasty, nutritious meals every day. You will have the opportunity to use fresh, seasonal ingredients, lead a supportive kitchen team, and be part of a care home that values both culinary excellence and resident wellbeing.What We Offer18.00 per hour40 hours per weekPaid DBS, Pension schemeFree onsite parking, Uniform provided5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)What You Will DoYou will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen. This includes preparing and serving meals that meet residents individual dietary needs and preferences, planning menus in collaboration with the Group Executive Chef and Home Manager, and managing kitchen staff rotas. You will also ensure hygiene standards are maintained, stock is managed effectively, and all food safety regulations are upheld.
