Role: Associate Director – Major Property RelocationDuration: 18 months – 2 years FTCLocation: Central LondonHybrid Working: c3 days in the OfficeWe are seeking a strategic and experienced Associate Director to work with the Deputy Director on the relocation and development planning for a substantial group of tenants as part of a major regeneration programme. This is a client-side role within a major public sector organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport on the relocation of a large, complex tenant group, including highly unionised stakeholders, ensuring their operational needs are fully understood and met.Define user requirements and assess location options to support business continuity and long-term viability (identify sites and help tenant group assess options)Guide stakeholders through the process of identifying appropriate new sites and lead the development of schemes to configure those sites to meet operational needs.Manage engagement with property developers and third parties to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.Oversee delivery of action plans and works schedules, ensuring alignment with programme milestones.Deputise for the Deputy Director, representing them in meetings and decision-making when required.Skills & ExperienceDemonstrable experience leading a major relocation programme involving a substantial and unionised workforce.Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.Proven ability to define operational requirements and translate them into viable development solutions.A property professional with strong background in logistics/warehousing is highly desirable.Strategic thinker with confidence advising senior leaders and driving deliverySalary: up to £90,000 + Benefits (start Nov/Dec)
